
Celebrating eight years of CloudX: democratizing AI to guide the path of the future

Eight years ago, CloudX was founded on a simple but bold conviction: technology should serve people—not the other way around. That belief has guided us from day one, shaping our journey and bringing us to this milestone with countless reasons to celebrate and give thanks.
Today, Artificial Intelligence is no longer a distant bet: it’s the present. It’s the engine of competitive advantage. At CloudX, we recognized AI’s potential early on. Fast forward to October 2025, and over 40% of our revenue now comes from agentic solutions. “AI First” isn’t just a nice slogan for us: it’s our philosophy and our promise to clients.
This progress is no accident. From day one, we invested in Research and Development, building a team capable of pushing the boundaries of emerging technologies, even when this approach was unconventional for a services company. Our R&D Department has since been our compass, allowing us to explore new technologies as soon as they hit the market. That early commitment to R&D, combined with our decision to build a team of senior-only professionals from the start, enabled us to deliver the latest advancements to our clients, and also, to adapt quickly when the world changed.
The post-pandemic era was a turning point for everyone, technology companies included. Both startups and established businesses faced several challenges: rising interest rates, layoffs, shifting markets, and new client expectations. At CloudX, we realized our value proposition (once tailored to startups and mid-sized companies) had to evolve. We pivoted, targeting enterprise clients and refining our offerings to meet their complex needs. Along the way, we learned, adapted, and welcomed many large clients who still trust us today.
Despite the turbulence, CloudX has grown every single year since our founding in 2017. That’s no small feat. One of the things I’m most proud of is our resilience: time and again, we’ve navigated uncertainty and emerged stronger.
This couldn’t have been possible without our team. CloudX is powered by talented, committed professionals who go above and beyond to delight our clients and improve our company every day. A team that’s not only dedicated, but also defined by its integrity and kindness. In my first meetings with new hires, they all mention the same thing: CloudX has a positive energy that’s hard to find elsewhere. They feel welcome and highlight our collaborative culture. Even after three or six months, in our follow-up meetings, that sentiment remains. I often hear, “at CloudX, you find good people”. I’m grateful we’ve been able to grow while maintaining such a healthy, supportive culture. Knowing we’ve built a company where everyone feels valued and cared for is a source of immense pride.

When we started CloudX, my co-founders and I set out to create the company where we would want to work. Today, that vision is a reality, and it continues to inspire us as we look to the future.
Looking ahead, our vision is clear: we want to broaden our impact. We’re committed to sharing our ideas and expertise to help organizations of all sizes harness the transformative power of AI. In 2026, AI will remain the central theme in technology, and CloudX will continue to lead, bringing advanced AI capabilities to more clients, enabling them to grow their businesses and empower their people.
We see a critical challenge: while large corporations have ready access to AI expertise, mid-market companies often struggle to find reliable partners who can deliver mature, production-ready agentic solutions. These organizations drive much of the American economy, yet their AI maturity frequently lags behind. At CloudX, we’re committed to changing that. We believe access to world-class AI should not be a privilege reserved for the few. Our mission for the coming years is to democratize AI, delivering the same high-quality service and proven AI expertise to every client and empowering organizations of all sizes to unlock the full potential of this transformative technology.
